We are looking for a Project Manager (Regulatory Reporting) in Singapore for one of our banking clients. This role is responsible for techno-functional analysis of features built in TNT implementation, manage business stake holders, and deliver the BAU and projects on time, end to end ownership of delivery and implementation of project and implementation of the regulator’s requirements. This role should possess knowledge on Expert in EMIR Refit Asia/Europe, HKMA and MAS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory reporting requirements (EMIR, MIFIR, MAS, HKMA).
• Plan and oversee projects under client governance, including budget, resource allocation, and capacity management.
• Coordinate with squads, enablers, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Define roadmaps based on backlogs, ensuring alignment with PPO.
• Oversee obsolescence, security issues, and vendor management.
• Engage in stakeholder communication, governance reviews, and release approvals.
• Lead squad meetings, SteerCO, COPRO, and business follow-ups.
• Experienced in Waterfall and Scrum methodologies with strong banking operations knowledge.
• Conduct business analysis, gather process/workflow details, and act as a liaison with vendors and business teams.
• Ensure integrator deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Define system functions, drive functional architecture evolution, and escalate risks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall experience performing project manager professional software engineering.
• Experience in EMIR Refit, HKMA and MAS is required.
• Any experience in IT transformation projects involving portfolio management system and/or Core banking applications.
• Good knowledge of Portfolio Management, Advisory, Risk modelling and Optimization functions is added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Order Life Cycle and related functions
• JIRA and Confluence knowledge is required.
