We are seeking a strong IT Business Analyst/Project Manager in Singapore to join and support our client's Equity Derivatives team.

Responsibilities

• Transversal BA / PM for the Program with focus on gathering requirements and preparing high level functional specifications
• Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance
• Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries
• Test management for the front to finance chain
• Stakeholder management, running program governances, regular operational and working committees

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key criteria
• Transversal front to back project implementation experience – Exposure of referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting, accounting, group reporting chains
• Minimum 5 Years of Business Analyst / Project Management Experience.
• PM experience with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors.
