We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C (Sales and Service Cloud) Consultant in Manila, Philippines for a migration project, focused on transitioning clients from legacy CRM systems to SAP Sales and Service Cloud (also known as C4C). The role involves system configuration, data migration, and ensuring a smooth transition to the SAP C4C environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP C4C (Sales to Service Cloud) migration activities, including data mapping, system configuration, and testing.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define migration requirements and ensure a seamless transition.
• Support data migration from legacy CRM systems to SAP C4C, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP C4C modules (Sales, Service, etc.).
• Conduct testing and resolve migration-related issues to ensure successful go-live.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP C4C (Sales to Service Cloud) consulting, with a focus on migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP C4C modules (Sales, Service, etc.) and data migration strategies.
• Experience with SAP integration tools and CRM system migration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
