We are seeking a skilled and motivated Organizational Change Specialist to support our ERP transformation initiative within the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. This role will play a key role in creating and executing change strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that employees are well-prepared to adopt new systems and processes. You will work closely with the OCM Lead and Co-lead, internal stakeholders, and vendor teams to foster a collaborative environment and help drive successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
This Organizational Change Specialist will support the OCM Lead and Co-lead in the following:
- Change Strategy & Planning: Help develop change management strategies & plans for the ERP transformation program, aligned with business objectives. As this ERP transformation program consists of various projects happening concurrently, this role will assist in developing, implementing and tracking the effectiveness of change strategies and plans for each project
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder analysis to develop engagement and communication plans. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align key messages and desired behavior shifts, ensuring consistent communication with all levels of the organization
- Communication: Develop clear, concise, and impactful communications to engage and inform employees about the transformation journey. This includes newsletters, town halls, info packs, awareness videos and bite-sized comms for various projects within the ERP transformation program
- Develop and Maintain Change Networks: Assist OCM lead to manage a network of change champions to facilitate communication, feedback, and support across business units
- Resistance Management: Proactively identify potential resistance to change and propose strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth adoption of the new processes and ways of working
- Change Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments with supervision from OCM Lead to understand the impact of the ERP transformation on employees, processes, and organizational structure
- Training & Development: Design and coordinate training/upskilling programs to prepare employees for the transition to new ERP systems, ensuring a smooth learning experience
- Collaborate with HR (OD CM) and Project Teams: Partner with HR, project teams, and functional business leads to align change initiatives with project timelines and business needs
- Vendor Management & Collaboration: Help OCM Lead in partnering with the vendor's change management team to ensure alignment between internal and external change strategies. Facilitate collaboration with vendor to streamline the change management process, ensuring that both parties work toward shared goals and objectives
Skills & Qualifications
- As this ERP transformation is at its’ early stages, this role would require someone with excellent communication skills with proven ability to create engaging materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or other communication and engagement tools. Ability to independently create clear, concise and innovative communication materials and PowerPoint slides is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, particularly in large-scale ERP implementations
- Proven ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional change initiatives within large organizations
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks, tools and methodologies
- Experience in conducting change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and designing change initiatives to drive adoption
- General understanding of HR and talent lifecycle processes, including workforce planning, employee development, and engagement strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle resistance to change with empathy and a solution-focused approach
